When to Order
-
We recommend you send your invitations around 12 weeks before your wedding day. If you are getting married during the summer period or over a public holiday it is advisable to give your guests more notice to avoid conflicting with their holiday arrangements.

Depending on the size of the order, it will take approximately 2 to 6 weeks, from receipt of signed proofs, to complete.
How to Order

Choose your design, colour scheme, wording and font style.

Decide upon the quantites you require.

Orders can be placed by one of the options below. Please click on the radio button to get to your destination:
Online Order
Please fill out the online order form with all your information and click on submit. We will calculate your cost and e-mail this to you, along with payment details.
Download Order Form
Please download the order form and open in Microsoft Word. You may print this and complete by hand, and post or fax the order, or complete this in Microsoft Word, and email the order.
By Phone
Please call Sarah on 0845 0940682 or 07870 865883. Sarah will be able to go through the order with you and will fill out the form on your behalf. Please note that payment cannot be taken over the phone.
By Email
Please email sarah@caringlycrafted.co.uk and Sarah will either call you back at a convenient time for yourself or e-mail you with the relevant information.

Please supply all wordings and list of guests names (as you wish them to appear on invitations, place settings and envelopes) and addresses by email, typed and faxed or typed and posted to prevent errors.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required on placing an order.

Two payment options are available:

Cheque (made payable to ‘Caringly Crafted' in £ (GBP) Pounds Sterling)

Online via PayPal (You will be invoiced via email. We do not charge you extra to pay by credit card.)

On confirmation of your order you will then be sent proofs of your wedding stationery, which you must approve. At this stage, amendments can be made.

On receipt of your approval, the full order will then be produced.

Your full invoice will be sent approximately 4 weeks before the due delivery date of the respective order. Your order will then be dispatched once final payment has been received.
Delivery & Postage

All wedding stationery orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail recorded or special delivery. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery.

Postage and Packing will depend on your order. The price of postage includes insurance; therefore if anything should happen to your order during delivery we will claim the insurance and remake your stationery.

Seating plans are charged separately at £20.00 to mainland UK only.

Orders may be sent to your home address, your place of work or a designated address of your choice.

Depending on your delivery address, we may be able to hand deliver your order.

For orders outside of the UK, please contact us to confirm prices of P&P.

Large orders may be sent as more than one parcel.
Products
Place cards - If you have chosen to have your guest's names printed onto the place cards, the names can be supplied by email, typed and faxed or typed and posted at a later date once all RSVPs have been received.
Order of Service/Order of the Day – These details can be provided once they have been confirmed. If you wish us to provide you with a sample of the wording, please contact Sarah.
Menu – These details can be provided at a later date, once they have been confirmed.
Thank You Cards – These are generally left blank, but if you prefer a message to be printed inside, this can be done.
Seating Plan – You will need to supply a complete list of guest’s names (as you would like them to appear), under the correct table number or name. The layout of the seating plan is dependent upon the number of guests and tables.
